10 Cities Where List Prices Are Rising the Most

Naples is third on this list where median list prices have increased the most.

Based on 146 markets, the median list prices have risen 1.60 percent to $190,000 nationally, according to year-over-year listing data by Realtor.com from September 2011. However, here in our part of the country, we don't like to compare ourselves with the national figures as the Naples market is far different to those nationally.

Cities in Florida, including Naples and Ft Myers are seeing some of the largest rebounds in list prices.

Naples and surrounding areas inventory is so low right now. We have the lowest number of homes for sale since they were first recorded. We are just waiting for the foreclosures which the banks have told us to expect for the last eighteen months. Contracts are numerous on each property and multiple offer situations abound.

If you are thinking about selling your home, now and just before season kicks in, might be a good time.
