Just like the HomeSteps incentives buyers were given in recent years, Freddie Mac's HomeSteps division is now offering cash to buyers who purchase a foreclosed condo.
HomeSteps Condo Cash property purchasers can receive up to $1500 for standard home owner association dues. Offers have to be submitted between August 15 and November 15 2011 and close before December 30th 2011. Homes must have been on the market for at least 120 days and are for owner-occupants only.
